This Sunday my friend & I had the chance to stay at the lovely Hoxton Hotel in Shoreditch. The hotel’s interior was super cool and trendy – as to be expected from such renowned area of London. The hotel was decorated with books everywhere from literary classics to more current books, adding a vintage vibe to the decor. The lights ranged from industrial lighting over at the section of the Hoxton Grill whilst the lobby was beautifully decorated with glass chandeliers. My favourite hotel feature was obviously the photobooth located opposite the bedroom lifts. I love a good photobooth.

The main feature of the bedroom was the huge round mirror that took up half the wall opposite the side of the bed. The bed was minimally decorated which made perfect balance with the room. The sheets where white and a red lip print cushion was placed on the middle – a detail that tied the whole room together. It was contemporary yet classic at the same time and that was a quality I certainly enjoyed.

We enjoyed a selection of good cocktails in the hotel’s restaurant or as most people know it – The Hoxton Grill. We also had breakfast there the next morning and I had the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever tasted. I’m definitely going back there to taste the rest of that brunch menu. You all know how much brunch is my favourite meal of the day. The Grill’s staff was also super lovely and I have to say the same about the staff in the hotel. They all did the best to make us enjoy our stay and made us feel completely at ease.
