Food / Lifestyle / Review

From my instagram you may know that I am very much the brunch lover. It’s my favourite meal and I could definitely have it at any time of the day. I am always on the lookout for a new brunch place to visit and it is essential I at least have brunch once a week. Some may argue that brunch has become a social ‘cool thing’ to do. However I am all about the food regardless of the misconceptions it may bring up for some. Who doesn’t love a good plate of food and company? I certainly do. I recently visited Greenberry Cafe in Primrose Hill after the recommendation by a stylist at a shoot I was doing. It has 100% become one of my favourite spots at the moment and I really can’t believe I hadn’t been before.

The atmosphere of the cafe is very friendly and chill – you could spend hours there socialising or reading a magazine or doing work in your laptop. They provide wifi and plugs which is an essential for the 21st century persona these days. You have the option to sit outside or inside and tables range from 2 people to bigger groups of 6-8 – depending on your party. Brunch is served until 3pm – with an all day menu starting at 12pm.

I’ve been twice and each time I’ve had brunch – obviously. The first time I went I had the Waffle, maple glazed bacon, poached eggs and avocado. Yes it tastes just as good as it sounds. And the second time I went I had the Breakfast – which consists of your typical full english breakfast bar the beans and I changed the sausage for halloumi cheese. I would have taken more pictures but I was just desperate to eat at the time. Everything tasted great. Both visits the poached eggs were cooked the perfection and the bacon was super tasty and crispy. I had nothing to complain about.

The location of Greenberry Cafe makes your visit all the more worth it, with Primrose Hill round the corner – it’s the perfect place to go chill after eating some food. Also you have Camden Market a 10min walk from there, which is always a must visit if you’re a tourist or looking for some cool unique items.

Overall Greenberry Cafe is a place I definitely recommend going for brunch. One to add to your list if you’re brunch lover like me. If you have any other recommendations for me let me know in comments!

Lots of Love Daniela xo
