September is fashion month and with London fashion week being over, I have to say I was feeling a bit nostalgic. Whilst visiting the Brent Cross website one evening trying to get rid of my fashion week blues I came across the Autumn Fashion Fix being held on the 27th and 28th September. Cosmopolitan’s columnist Laura Puddy had put together the ‘Cosmo Edit’ and the Autumn Fashion Fix showcased 5 edits which presented us with the hottest trends for this Autumn/Winter put together from the shops in Brent Cross.
The lovely people at Frank PR kindly invited me along to the fix and there was no denying my attendance. It was very well put together event and it was nice to bring the north London community together in the name of fashion. There was ‘Faux fur’, ‘Metallics’, ‘New Pastels’, ‘Shades of Red’ and ‘Tapestry’ – North London never looked anymore fashionable. The clothes that were modelled definitely left me needing to shop and complete my AW14 wardrobe – and lucky for me the Autumn Fashion Fix had some lovely offers happening at Brent Cross!
